§ 15-111. Wicomico County

Latest version.

   (a) Exclusions. -- The provisions of this section do not apply to the following:

   (1) Class E (steamboats);

   (2) Class F (railroads); and

   (3) Class G (airplanes).

(b) Applicability. -- The provisions of this section apply to Wicomico County.

(c) Duties. --

   (1) The Board of License Commissioners shall issue licenses for which provision is made in this article.

   (2) The director of finance shall collect the license fees for which provision is made in this article.
