§ 9-506. Unused sick leave

(a) Accumulation authorized. -- An employee may accumulate unused sick leave and use as permitted by § 9-501(b) of this subtitle.

(b) Forfeiture on termination of employment. -- Except as otherwise provided by law, an employee whose State employment terminates for any reason forfeits all unused sick leave.
