§ 4-503. Moving of property

Latest version.

   (a) In general. -- The Department shall administer all arrangements for moving excess personal property or surplus personal property.

(b) Central location. -- The Department shall decide whether excess personal property or surplus personal property shall be:

   (1) moved to a central location; or

   (2) disposed of at its present location.
