§ 14-102. Compliance with subtitle

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Notwithstanding any other provision of this Division II, a State or State aided or controlled entity shall buy supplies and services in accordance with § 14-103 of this subtitle.

(b) Applicability of cost savings requirements. -- The procurement of services from a sheltered workshop is not subject to the cost savings requirements of § 13-405 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
