§ 3-2A-10. Grants -- Approval; modification of terms

(a) Recommendation to Board of Public Works. -- If the Trust approves the application, the Trust shall recommend to the Board of Public Works approval of the grant.

(b) Modification of terms. -- The Board of Public Works may approve the grant conditional on modifying its terms.
