§ 3-2A-09. Grants -- Terms and conditions; documents

(a) Terms and conditions. -- Except as provided in this subtitle, the Trust may set the terms and conditions for grants.

(b) Documents. -- If the Trust decides to grant money to an applicant, the Trust shall prepare grant documents.
