§ 8-511. Dispensing methadone in licensed clinic

A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse working in a methadone clinic licensed by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene may dispense methadone in accordance with regulations jointly developed and adopted by the Board and the State Board of Pharmacy.
