§ 21-334. Cleaning soft drink or bottled water containers

   (a) Applicability of section. -- This section applies to any container that is used to pack, store, distribute, or sell:

   (1) A soft drink; or

   (2) Bottled water.

(b) Method of cleaning. -- Before putting a soft drink or bottled water in a container, a manufacturer shall clean the container in a manner approved by the Department or shall use clean containers.
