§ 21-310. Issuance and scope of license

(a) Issuance. -- Within 30 days after the Department receives an application for a license, the Department shall issue a license to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle and all regulations adopted under this subtitle.

(b) Scope. -- While it is effective, a license authorizes the licensee to operate the food establishment identified on the license.
