§ 21-1205. Violation of § 21-819 of this title

(a) In general. -- A person who violates § 21-819 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:
(1) For a first offense, a fine not exceeding $ 300; or
(2) For a subsequent offense, a fine not exceeding $ 500.
(b) Each day separate offense. -- For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
