§ 21-1204. Violation of § 21-820 or § 21-1111 of this title

   (a) In general. -- A person who violates any provision of the following sections is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 100:

   (1) § 21-820 of this title; and

   (2) § 21-1111 of this title.

(b) Each day separate offense. -- For purposes of this section, each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
