§ 3-202. Established; purpose

(a) Established. -- There is a Maryland Life Sciences Advisory Board in the Department.

(b) Purpose. -- The purpose of the Advisory Board is to recommend State and federal policies, priorities, practices, and legislation to expedite the creation of private sector jobs through the commercialization of life sciences research.
