§ 3-201. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Advisory Board. -- "Advisory Board" means the Maryland Life Sciences Advisory Board.

(c) Life sciences. -- "Life sciences" includes the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, biomedical technologies, life systems technologies, food sciences, environmental sciences, and biomedical devices.
