§ 10-320. Termination

(a) In general. -- A law to terminate the Authority may not take effect until adequate provision is made to pay each outstanding bond and other obligation of the Authority.

(b) Transfer of assets to State. -- On termination of the Authority, its rights and property pass to the State.
