§ 10-319. Annual report

Latest version.

(a) Required. -- On or before October 1 of each year, the Authority shall report to the Governor on its activities for the preceding fiscal year.

(b) Contents. -- The report shall include a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the Authority during the preceding fiscal year.
