§ 17-424. License fees; disposition of money

Latest version.

(a) License fee. -- An applicant for a Wicomico County pinball machine license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of $ 20 for each pinball machine.

(b) Prorated fees. -- The license fee shall be prorated monthly.

(c) Disposition of money. -- All money collected under Part III of this subtitle shall be paid into the general fund of Wicomico County.
