§ 17-425. Issuance and display of certificate

Latest version.

(a) Issuance. -- For each pinball machine licensed under Part III of this subtitle, the clerk shall issue a certificate that the license fee for the current year has been paid.

(b) Display. -- The certificate shall be attached to the pinball machine.
