§ 6-506. Assignment of reciprocal license

(a) In general. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, an individual who holds a reciprocal license may assign it to a person who engages in the business of providing electrical services if the individual is employed principally by the person.

(b) Restrictions. -- An individual may reassign the reciprocal license of the individual once in a fiscal year.
