§ 6-505. Renewal; reinstatement prohibited; nontransferability

  •    (a) Renewal. -- Before a reciprocal license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an additional term, if the licensee:

       (1) otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

       (2) pays a renewal fee to:

          (i) the State Board as required under this title; or

          (ii) the local jurisdiction from which the reciprocal license is sought; and

       (3) meets any other requirement for renewal set by:

          (i) the State Board; or

          (ii) the local jurisdiction from which the reciprocal license is sought.

    (b) Reinstatement prohibited. -- A reciprocal license issued to an individual who has failed to renew the license may not be reinstated.

    (c) Nontransferability. -- A reciprocal license issued under this subtitle is not transferable.
