§ 18-102. License fees within Worcester County

Latest version.

(a) Regulation by Commissioners. -- The Worcester County Commissioners shall regulate the alcoholic beverages license fees within Worcester County.

(b) Fees provided by this article. -- Unless otherwise provided by the Worcester County Commissioners, the license fees for Worcester County under this article prevail.
