§ 8-606. Width of right-of-way; grade level

(a) Width of right-of-way. -- Each State highway constructed or maintained under this title shall have a right-of-way that is at least 40 feet wide.

(b) Grade of State highway in municipal corporation. -- Each State highway that is constructed in a municipal corporation shall conform to the grade of each municipal street or highway that it crosses, as approved by the municipal authorities.
