§ 8-301. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Court. -- "Court" means the circuit court for any county.

(c) Land. -- "Land" means real property or any interest in it.

(d) Plat. -- "Plat" means a plat or a map.
