§ 6-306. Right of entry to make surveys and examinations

  •    (a) Power to enter. -- The Administration and its authorized agents and employees may enter on any lands, waters, and other property in this State to make any surveys, soundings, drillings, and examinations that it considers necessary for the purposes of this title.

    (b) Entry not a trespass. -- An entry made under this section is not a trespass and may not be considered an entry under any pending condemnation proceeding.

    (c) Payment for damages. -- The Administration shall pay for any actual damages to the land, waters, or other property that result from an entry made under this section.
