§ 21-302. Passing vehicles going in opposite directions

(a) In general. -- Drivers of vehicles that are going in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right.
(b) Narrow roadways. -- If the roadway is not wide enough for more than one line of traffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the other as nearly as possible at least one half of the roadway.
