§ 20-101. Scope of title

Latest version.

(a) Title applies throughout State. -- This title applies throughout this State, whether on or off a highway.

(b) Sections 20-101 through 20-105 applicable to owner. -- All of the provisions of § 20-101 through 20-105 of this title apply to the owner of any vehicle who is present when the accident occurs, whether or not the owner is the driver.
