§ 2-601. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Director. -- "Director" means the Director of Bicycle and Pedestrian Access.

(c) Transit facility. -- "Transit facility" has the meaning stated in § 3-101(k) of this article.

(d) Transportation facility. -- "Transportation facility" has the meaning stated in § 3-101(l) of this article.
