§ 16-701. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Article. -- "Article" means an article of the Driver License Compact.

(c) Compact. -- "Compact" means the Driver License Compact.

(d) Executive head. -- "Executive head", with reference to this State, means the Governor.

(e) Licensing authority. -- "Licensing authority", with reference to this State, means the Administration.
