§ 16-209. Fees for reinstatement of revoked driving privilege

(a) Application fee. -- On filing an application for a new license or for reinstatement of the privilege to drive, any individual whose license or privilege to drive has been revoked shall pay to the Administration a fee established by the Administration.
(b) Additional fee. -- If the applicant's license was revoked as a result of a conviction under § 21-902 of this article or a violation of an alcohol restriction, the applicant shall pay a fee established by the Administration in addition to the amount charged under subsection (a) of this section.
