§ 15-110. Hearings on refusal, suspension, or revocation of license

(a) Refusal of license. -- If the Administration refuses an application for a license or for the renewal of a license under this title, the applicant may request a hearing under Title 12, Subtitle 2 of this article.

(b) Suspension or revocation of license. -- The Administration may suspend or revoke a license issued under this title only after a hearing under Title 12, Subtitle 2 of this article.
