§ 13-937. Class M (multipurpose) vehicle
Latest version.

(a) Classification. -- When registered with the Administration, every multipurpose passenger vehicle is a Class M (multipurpose) vehicle.
(b) Annual fees. -- For each Class M (multipurpose) vehicle, the annual registration fee is:
(1) For a vehicle with a manufacturer's shipping weight of 3,700 pounds or less -- $ 50.50; and
(2) For a vehicle with a manufacturer's shipping weight of more than 3,700 pounds -- $ 76.50.
(c) Vehicles registered under another category. -- The Administration may by rule and regulation provide for the registration under this section of all multipurpose passenger vehicles registered under another category.
