§ 13-933. Passenger buses, charter or for hire: Class P (passenger bus) vehicles

   (a) Classification. -- When registered with the Administration, every bus operated under charter or for hire is a Class P (passenger bus) vehicle.

(b) Annual fee. -- For each Class P (passenger bus) vehicle, the annual registration fee is based on the seating capacity of the bus, as follows:
