§ 13-915. Motorcycles: Class D (motorcycle) vehicles

(a) Classification. -- When registered with the Administration, every motorcycle is a Class D (motorcycle) vehicle.

(b) Annual fee. -- For each Class D (motorcycle) vehicle, the annual registration fee is $ 35.00.
