§ 13-912. Passenger cars and station wagons: Class A (passenger) vehicles

   (a) Classification. -- When registered with the Administration, every passenger car and station wagon, except as otherwise provided in this part, is a Class A (passenger) vehicle.

(b) Annual fee. -- For each Class A (passenger) vehicle, the annual registration fee is:

   (1) For a vehicle with a manufacturer's shipping weight of 3,700 pounds or less -- $ 50.50; and

   (2) For a vehicle with a manufacturer's shipping weight of more than 3,700 pounds -- $ 76.50.
