§ 13-703. Unauthorized use of registration card, plate, special plate, permit, or certificate of title

  •    (a) Unauthorized use of certificate of title by another. -- As to any certificate of title, issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.

    (b) Unauthorized use of registration card by another. -- As to any registration card, issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.

    (c) Unauthorized use by another of registration plates. -- As to any registration plate issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.

    (d) Unauthorized use of special plate by another. -- As to any special plate issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.

    (e) Unauthorized use of permit by another. -- As to any permit issued to a person under this title, the person may not knowingly permit its use by any other person who is not entitled by law to its use.

    (f) Unauthorized display of registration card. -- A person may not display on or for a vehicle any registration card that is neither:

       (1) Issued for the vehicle; or

       (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.

    (g) Unauthorized display of registration plate. -- A person may not display on or for a vehicle any registration plate that is neither:

       (1) Issued for the vehicle; or

       (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.

    (h) Unauthorized display of permit. -- A person may not display on or for a vehicle any permit that is neither:

       (1) Issued for the vehicle; or

       (2) Otherwise lawfully used on or for the vehicle under this title.
