§ 13-601. Application by dealer; fee

  •    (a) Design and supply to licensed dealers. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Administration may design temporary registration plates and furnish them to any licensed dealer who:

       (1) On the form that the Administration requires, applies for at least five of these plates; and

       (2) With the application, submits a fee established by the Administration for each plate.

    (b) Applications by wholesale dealers prohibited. -- A wholesale dealer may not apply for temporary registration plates.
