§ 13-209. Assurance Fund -- Maintenance

(a) Deposit of fees. -- The Administration shall maintain an Assurance Fund and deposit in it the filing fees collected under this subtitle.

(b) Transfer of excess sums. -- When the Assurance Fund reaches $ 25,000, any money in excess of that amount shall be transferred to the Transportation Trust Fund.
