§ 2-801. Individuals terminated with prejudice

(a) Applicability. -- This section applies to all units in the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branches of State government, including any unit with an independent personnel system.

(b) In general. -- An appointing authority may not hire an individual who has been terminated with prejudice from State service.
