§ 9-926. Officers

(a) In general. -- From among its members, the Veterans' Home Commission shall elect a chairman, a secretary, and any other officers that the Commission considers appropriate.

(b) Elections and terms of office. -- The manner of election of officers and their terms of office shall be as the Veterans' Home Commission determines.
