§ 9-923. Statement of purpose

(a) In general. -- The purpose of the Maryland Veterans' Home Commission is to advise the Department of issues related to State veterans homes.

(b) Legislative policy. -- The General Assembly declares the purpose of the Maryland Veterans' Home Commission to be of general benefit to the veterans of the State.
