§ 9-605. Meetings; compensation; bylaws; committees

  •    (a) Meetings. -- The Trust shall meet at least twice a year or as necessary as determined by the Trust.

    (b) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- A voting and nonvoting member of the Trust:

       (1) may not receive compensation; but

       (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

    (c) Bylaws; committees. -- The Trust may:

       (1) adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business; and

       (2) appoint committees to carry out the purposes of the Trust.
