§ 9-303. Special Secretary; salary

(a) In general. -- The head of the Office of Minority Affairs is the Special Secretary, who shall be appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.

(b) Salary. -- The Special Secretary shall receive the salary provided in the State budget.
