(a) Compilation and editing. -- Every 2 years, the State Archives shall compile and edit a Maryland Manual that contains:
(1) a copy of the Maryland Constitution;
(2) the name and address of each officer of the State or a county who is:
(i) elected;
(ii) appointed by the Governor; or
(iii) appointed by the Board of Public Works; and
(3) any other information that, in consultation with the Hall of Records Commission, the State Archivist considers necessary.
(b) Printing. -- In accordance with Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article, the Archives shall print the Maryland Manual, as provided in the State budget.
