§ 13-403. Poetry Day

(a) Proclamation. -- In recognition of the cultural and human values of poetry and poetic expression, the Governor annually shall proclaim October 15 as Poetry Day.

(b) Observance. -- The proclamation shall urge cultural, educational, patriotic, and religious organizations to observe Poetry Day properly.
