§ 6-216. Accounts of Comptroller

Latest version.

(a) Required. -- The Comptroller shall keep accounts that fully and accurately state, by class, State revenues and State expenditures for each fiscal year.

(b) Retention. -- The accounts shall be kept in the Office of the Comptroller.
