§ 4-608. Appropriation for services provided by City of Annapolis

Latest version.

   Annually, the State shall appropriate and pay to the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis the sum provided in the State budget as payment for:

   (1) the collection of refuse from State buildings located in the City of Annapolis; and

   (2) other services provided to the State by the City of Annapolis.
