§ 4-413. Chief of Division

Latest version.

(a) Position and appointment. -- The head of the Division is the Chief of the Land Acquisition Division, who shall be appointed by the Secretary with the approval of the Governor.

(b) Tenure. -- The Chief serves at the pleasure of the Secretary.

(c) Qualifications. -- The Chief must be experienced and skilled in the field of land acquisition.

(d) Salary. -- The Chief is entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
