§ 4-313. Procurement by Secretary; exceptions

Latest version.

   Consistent with Division II of this article, the Secretary shall contract for or purchase any supplies for a unit except an item that the Secretary:

   (1) determines is strictly perishable;

   (2) determines is impracticable for the unit to purchase through or with the approval of the Secretary; or

   (3) permits the unit to purchase with the approval of the Secretary.
