§ 4-301. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Bid. -- "Bid" means a bid, proposal, or other response to a solicitation.

(c) Supplies. -- "Supplies" means tangible property, including equipment and materials.
