§ 4-206. Units in Department

Latest version.

   (a) In general. -- The following units are in the Department:

   (1) the Board of Architectural Review;

   (2) the General Professional Services Selection Board;

   (3) the Purchasing Bureau; and

   (4) any other unit that is in the Department under any other law.

(b) Units to report to Secretary. -- Each unit in the Department shall report to the Secretary.
