§ 19-119. Regulations and reporting

(a) Regulations. -- In accordance with Title 10 of the State Government Article, the Commission shall adopt regulations to implement this title.

(b) Documentation and reporting requirements. -- The Commission may establish documentation and reporting requirements to further the purposes and intent of this title.
